Hope, faith, belief. That is the essential message of Stand Tall. Most of us face difficulties at some point in our lives and this song was written at a time of change and growth for me personally. In a lot of ways it is an encouragement to myself to let go and not take life too seriously. I wanted to convey the message that things can get better if we face them one day at a time. We can learn to be at peace with the past, believe in ourselves, hold our heads high and Stand Tall.

Stand Tall was finalised, mixed and mastered during the Covid-19 lockdown. As the message of the song is a positive and life-affirming one, it felt the right choice during these challenging and uncertain times to put it out as my debut release.
